A major healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking Band 6 Nurses experienced in chemotherapy to deliver holistic patient care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, mentorship, and coordinating treatment. Applicants must have completed a SACT course. The position allows for both full-time and part-time work schedules. We have vacancies for Band 6 Nurses who are already experienced and chemotherapy competent. We are a nurse led service, providing chemotherapy, supportive therapies and apheresis to patients with Haemato-Oncology and Solid Cancer. On our spacious Cancer Treatment Unit you will be able to rotate between the chemotherapy delivery area and supportive area. You will receive excellent training and development, and the opportunity to progress within your profession. We actively encourage our nurses and allied health professionals to take part in research projects and to work towards Masters and PhDs, providing dedicated support. Our nurses work a variety of day shifts and the unit is primarily open Monday – Friday with smaller numbers of patients treated at the weekends. We are able to offer posts to both full time and part time staff.
