A healthcare provider in Hereford is seeking a Band 6 junior sister/charge nurse responsible for leading high-quality patient care. You will manage the unit daily, support staff training, and ensure efficient patient flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in acute general medicine and excellent communication skills. As a Band 6 junior sister/charge nurse you will be responsible for promoting and implementing practice conducive to the development of high quality patient care by providing professional, clinical and managerial leadership. You will be expected to take charge of the Unit on a day to day basis in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse and provide support and guidance to all staff. AMU are looking for an experienced B5, the successful candidate will be expected to take on the daily oversight and ward management in the absence of the Ward Sister.
