We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced band 5emergency care nurse to apply for a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse role inSunderland Emergency Department.
Theemergency department is a 24 hr service which is fast paced and deals primarilywith adults over the age of 16 who present with injuries, ailments chronic andacute illness some of which may be life threatening. Workloadcan change from minute to minute and you will be expected to work underpressure to deliver care at times of extreme service pressure.
Withinthe role will be responsible for overseeing, delegating and assisting nursingstaff and clinicians in assessing and delivery of care for these patients andtheir relatives or carers
