Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse to lead the Interventional Radiology nursing team at Frimley Park Hospital. You will provide expert clinical care, leadership, and coordination across angiography, CT, ultrasound, and nurse-led sedation.

Join our dynamic and highly specialised Interventional Radiology team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, based at Frimley Park Hospital, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care within a fast-paced and innovative clinical environment. As a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse, you will be a senior member of the nursing team, providing expert clinical care, leadership, and operational coordination across a diverse range of services including angiography, CT, ultrasound, and nurse-led sedation. Working alongside the Band 7 leadership team, you will have the opportunity to independently assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate complex patient care while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and evidence-based practice. This is an exciting role for an experienced nurse looking to further develop your leadership skills within a specialist setting. You will be instrumental in coordinating daily department activity, optimising patient flow and room utilisation, and maintaining safe staffing levels to support an efficient and responsive service. You will also deputise for the Band 7 Team Leader when required, helping to ensure seamless service delivery and strong clinical leadership.
