Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Service Engineer to service and maintain security gates, barriers and access control systems across the UK. You will receive full training from senior engineers and gain hands-on experience on fault finding, installation and commissioning.

The role is based in Stoke-on-Trent with travel to client sites; a basic electrical and mechanical background plus a full UK driving licence are welcome.

Qualifications

• Training to service and maintain security gates, barriers and access control systems.
• Assist with fault finding and breakdown repairs.
• Support senior engineers with installations and commissioning.
• Learn how to configure and maintain security systems.

Are you a Junior Engineer, Technician or hands-on individual looking to build a career in the security engineering industry with full training and clear progression?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing security engineering company that works with commercial and industrial clients across the UK. The company designs, builds, and maintains a range of security systems, including gates, barriers, bollards and access control equipment.

In this role, you'll receive full training from experienced engineers while developing your skills in servicing, maintenance, fault finding and installation. You'll travel to client sites across the North West and wider UK, working on a variety of pre-built and bespoke security systems.

This role would suit a Junior Engineer, Electrical Technician or hands-on individual looking for full training and a long-term career within a growing security engineering company.
