Job summary

Reflex Systems Ltd in the North West region seeks a Service Technician to support our engineers, perform service calls, and assist with installations. The role requires IP networking knowledge and CCTV/access control experience, with a clean driving license and willingness to work 40 hours per week.

You will report to the Service Manager and undertake site or office-based work, with a company van provided for business and personal use. Equipment such as laptop and mobile phone are supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience with IP networks and security systems.
• Experience with CCTV and access control is preferred.
• Familiarity with intruder alarm systems is advantageous.
• 40-hour work week with flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with security systems installation and commissioning.
• Handle reactive and scheduled service fault calls.
• Provide support for small works and installations.
