What You'll Do
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Support the team with pricing, stock codes, and order processing.

What We're Looking For
Great communication skills and confidence on the phone.
Organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
Interest in technical products (engineering / CAD background a bonus).
Someone who wants to progress and grow in their career – ambition is a must!
Full UK driving licence.
