Your Opportunity

This dynamic position is integral to the UK team, offering a unique opportunity to build commercial skills while developing brand management expertise.

Commercial Strategy & Support
  • Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of sales targets, turnover, and contribution to margin for the UK market.
  • Support the management of our UK agent/distributor network and own‑label business with key retail customers.
  • Act as a key commercial contact, supporting negotiations and managing critical market‑related correspondence.
Brand Management & Marketing Execution
  • Contribute to the implementation of integrated brand and communication campaigns tailored for the UK audience.
  • Assist in the execution of product designs and brand assets, coordinating closely with external agencies and our marketing team in Trier, Germany.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional projects with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, profitable delivery of key initiatives.
Market Insight & Analysis
  • Conduct targeted market and category analysis to track competitor performance and identify actionable growth opportunities, particularly within the sparkling and dealcoholised wine segments.
What You Will Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • A degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to key retailer portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse project load with remote support.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and periodically to the corporate headquarters in Trier, Germany.
Desired Attributes (A Distinct Advantage)
  • Prior experience within the UK wine trade or a similar FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in the German language (written and spoken).
  • Proven enthusiasm for the wine category and a commitment to rapidly developing product knowledge.
