We’re looking for a Junior Researcher to join our close‑knit team. This role is a mix of research, data and project support perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things organised and producing high‑quality work that supports decision‑making at the highest level.

Important requirements :

Must be within 1 hour commute of Leeds (role is hybrid but office‑based 3 days per week).

Must be proactive, hardworking and willing to take ownership of tasks.

What you’ll be doing :

Preparing briefing materials for the CEO and consulting team.

Summarising client meetings and turning discussions into clear actionable insights.

Conducting research on companies, sectors and senior individuals.

Building and maintaining key data sets including contact and activity records.

Analysing data (quantitative and qualitative).

Writing notes, posts and reports.

Supporting project delivery events and internal communication.

Using HubSpot, LinkedIn and other databases / tools to keep information accurate and actionable.

What we are looking for :

Degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, analytics or a related field.

Naturally curious with an intelligent problem‑solving mindset.

Hyper‑organised, structured and motivated to deliver at pace.

Confidence with data analysis and building insights.

High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Clear communication skills.

High emotional intelligence and a lack of ego / humility are preferable.

A positive mindset and willingness to learn; we value people who are both diligent and good‑humoured good eggs!
