What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to learn the ropes and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real responsibility from day one.

• Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Conducting candidate interviews and market research
• Supporting consultants on client delivery and account management
• Building your knowledge of the insurance market and its key functions (Actuarial, Risk, Finance, etc.)
