Junior Recruitment Associate

Location: Rainham, Essex/London RM13

Join our exclusive Earn & Learn talent programme as a Junior Recruitment Associate. You'll earn a great salary, uncapped no-threshold commission and achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment.

This role is perfect for those eager to dive into and progress in the recruitment world; supporting the recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities.

What You'll Do
  • Support the branch in meeting and exceeding Gross Profit targets.
  • Build and manage client and candidate relationships.
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Deliver excellent sales results.
  • Balance sales and negotiation in recruitment.
  • Understand recruitment legislation and compliance.
  • Leverage social platforms for strategic resourcing.
  • Drive business development to grow margins across Temp and Perm revenues.
  • Identify and convert prospective clients, growing your desk in line with targets.

Entry Requirements
