We are now seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their HR and recruitment career within the luxury hospitality sector, helping us to attract and retain exceptional talent across the business.

Your role in our Family:
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles within the hotel and spa.
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social channels, and local network groups.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) HARRI.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent Sopwell House at careers fairs, hospitality events, and local recruitment initiatives.
  • Support at interviews ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new starter.
  • 1 year experience in hospitality recruitment/recruitment
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for supporting others.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • A genuine interest in building a career within Talent Acquisition and hospitality.
