Junior Receptionist – Cheltenham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Receptionist to join a leading law firm in Cheltenham. This is the perfect role for someone at the start of their career who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and enjoys being part of a friendly, professional team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Reception and Facilities teams to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients and visitors, coordinating meeting room bookings and set‑ups, managing post and deliveries, and providing general administrative and facilities support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with catering and set‑ups
  • Liaise with contractors and handle maintenance requests
  • Order office supplies and manage access passes
  • Sort and distribute post and deliveries
  • Support with general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and binding
  • Maintain tidy and well‑stocked kitchen and communal areas
