Position Overview

Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Aylesbury (hybrid available)

£35,000-£50,000 DOE + Progression Opportunities + Further Training & Development + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated candidate looking for an exciting long-term role within an ambitious construction company that specialises in roofing & cladding projects.

Role

• Support a portfolio of new‑build and refurbishment projects across roofing, cladding, and façades.
• Ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, including monthly job costing review and final accounts agreements.
• Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors and clients.
• Work office‑based near Aylesbury with occasional site travel.
