Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in construction, infrastructure or rail.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Strong numeracy and analytical ability.
• Good communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project costs from start to finish.
• Support monthly commercial reporting and CVR.
• Assist with valuations, applications for payment and invoice management.
• Identify and manage variations, compensation events and changes.
• Support preparation of estimates, budgets and forecasts.
• Review contracts and support subcontractor procurement.
