Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a quantity surveying or commercial assistant role.
• Internship or placement year in the construction industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with measurement methods and BoQ preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in measuring quantities for groundworks and RC frame elements.
• Help prepare interim valuations and applications for payment under the main contract.
• Support in administering subcontractor accounts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
