Qualifications

• Degree qualified or working towards a qualification within Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of accurate pricing and costing documentation.
• Assisting with valuations, final accounts, and subcontractor management.
• Producing budget prices from development plans and briefing documents.
• Pricing projects using schedules of rates and construction drawing packages.
• Building and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
