Qualifications

• A degree, HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with estimating software (beneficial).
• Willingness to travel to sites and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team with preparing cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Assist in tracking project budgets and cost control.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams for accurate costs.
• Help prepare commercial reports and valuations.
• Occasionally visit sites to verify quantities and project requirements.
