An established and growing construction consultancy, known for delivering high-quality services across multiple sectors, is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bath office. This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor who has recently completed their degree or degree apprenticeship and is looking for the right environment to grow and develop their career.

The Junior Quantity Surveyor

This client-facing consultancy works on a wide variety of projects, ranging from residential and commercial schemes to education and healthcare developments. The successful Junior Quantity Surveyor will be supported by experienced professionals and will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all pre- and post-contract duties while being supported through their APC.

The role would suit a Junior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to progress, learn, and be part of a sociable, collaborative team delivering exceptional results. Full APC support is provided, and clear development routes are in place for those looking to achieve chartership.

Requirements
  • A BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction degree (or working towards completion)
  • A strong desire to progress within a consultancy environment
  • Some industry experience via placement or post-graduation preferred
