Hunter Bond in London is seeking a Graduate Quant Developer / Quantitative Researcher to join a technology-driven financial firm. You will combine programming, data analysis and problem-solving to support sophisticated financial strategies and work with experienced professionals.

This role offers exposure to live environments and long-term projects, ideal for graduates or early-career candidates with a strong technical or quantitative background and a fast-paced trading technology focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another strong STEM discipline.
• Programming experience in at least one major language such as Python, C++ or Java.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain software and configuration supporting automated financial strategies.
• Work with large datasets across research and production environments.
• Monitor systems and analyse activity to identify issues and support performance.
• Contribute to longer-term projects focused on improving and expanding trading technology.
