Junior Quality Engineer – Aerospace Manufacturing

Rare opportunity for an aspiring Quality Engineer or Mechanical Inspector to develop their career with an established aerospace parts manufacturer. This role has a structured plan to train and develop you into a senior quality engineer. This role supports the Quality and Inspection teams across inspection, auditing and quality reporting, offering hands‑on experience and structured training in manufacturing quality at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake structured training to develop the skills to become a competent Quality Engineer.
  • Assist with internal audit activities and support external audits (e.g. customer, Nadcap).
  • Support the management of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) for customers, internal processes and suppliers.
  • Assist with PPAP, supplier assessments, monitoring of quality objectives, 8D and related activities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of Quality Engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑focused with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
