S&B Herba Foods Ltd invites applications for a Junior QA Technician to join the Quality Assurance Team in the Liverpool region (L20 8DF). The role covers product testing from raw material to finished product, documentation, CCP monitoring, audits, and quality control tasks.

You will receive full training, with no previous experience required, and work a Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm schedule. Benefits include pension and life assurance.

• Carry out various product testing - from raw material to finished product, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Issue product documentation, certificates and documentation for deliveries.
• Carry out CCP monitoring.
• Carry out and complete audits as required.
• Carry out quality control testing.
• Review and assess customer returns.
• Manage the raw materials and finished product retained samples.
• Maintain the lab and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
