Junior / Trainee Property Manager - Truro - £30-35k

We're working with a long established, highly regarded independent Managing Agent who are looking to hire an entry level Junior / Trainee Property Manager as follows:

Responsibilities

• Working office based, in Truro, amongst a friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable block management team
• Coming from either a Block or LET Property Management background, either as an Administrator, Assistant, or junior level property manager
• Undertaking a support role within the block management team, taking resident calls, relaying information, updating the CRM, processing service charge demands, organising for contractors to attend site
• Eventually progressing to full Property Manager level with associated pay rises and responsibility

Requirements

• The suitable Junior / Trainee Property Manager will come from a stable career background with 1 years property experience and live in or close to Truro.
