As a Junior Project Manager, you play a key role in performance reporting. Your future team is central to project control and strategic oversight. This role supports large‑scale UK nuclear projects with cross‑functional exposure.

As a Junior Project Manager, you play a key role in performance reporting. Your future team is central to project control and strategic oversight. This role supports large‑scale UK nuclear projects with cross‑functional exposure.

  • Define, update, and maintain project reporting procedures per EPR‑E standards
  • Deliver internal and external progress reports in line with contractual obligations
  • Consolidate and analyse project data from SAP, P6, CEMAR, MDT, MANTIS, and more
  • Provide strategic insights and performance indicators to the wider project team
  • Regularly issue formal reports according to agreed project controls procedures
  • Optimise tools and processes using feedback, standards, and best practice
  • Support team members with training and guidance on tools and reporting practices
  • Participate in cross‑discipline groups to evolve PMO methods for future projects
Qualifications
Essential Skills
  • Experience with project reporting and performance analysis
  • Skilled in tools such as SAP, Primavera (P6), CEMAR, MDT, or MANTIS
  • Able to create reports aligned to contractual and procedural frameworks
  • Experience defining or refining PMO processes and methodologies
  • Familiar with producing performance indicators for complex projects
  • Ability to consolidate and interpret technical project data
  • Proven ability to support cross‑functional project teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and process optimisation skills
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and large infrastructure projects
  • Understanding of EPR‑E project methodologies
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard tools
  • Familiarity with metadata management systems (e.g. SP, CAMELEON)
