The role involves supporting the planning and delivery of the Internal Combustion Engine programme, maintaining project plans, and coordinating activities. Red Bull Powertrains has an exciting Junior Project Manager opportunity to join our Planning & Control team as we transition from building our team’s first Power Units to refining them into a race-ready package, all aimed at delivering the most competitive car on the 2026 Formula One grid. You will be based at our state of the art engineering and manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes, working alongside our Engineers and Supply Chain to create and deliver development and race component plans.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for motorsport and engineering plus a keen interest in project management. You’ll support the planning and delivery of our ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) programme, helping to track progress, coordinate activities, and ensure communication flows smoothly across the team.
You’ll be part of the wider Planning & Control function, which plays a key role in managing the delivery of our power unit projects from initial concept through to on-track performance.
