Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and delivering impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency? In this role, you'll manage small to medium-sized projects-or sub-projects-typically lasting three to six months, that directly support the company's strategic objectives and continuous improvement goals.

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll provide leadership and direction throughout the full project lifecycle-from initial planning and governance to delivery, handover, and business acceptance. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of project deliverables, ensure timelines, costs, and quality targets are met, and drive collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Please note this is Fixed term until 13/10/2026.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
  • Experience of working in a Project environment or have delivered operational improvement initiatives;
  • Understanding of key Project Management Principles (risk, issues, dependencies etc.);
  • Proficient use of Microsoft tools.
