About McCann Content Studios (MCS)
McCann Content Studios is a global hub for social and influencer capabilities. The division combines creative services, audience development, creator partnerships, and performance measurements under one single entity and boasts a suite of unrivalled propriety tools. MCS’s client roster includes Aldi, Nike, X-Box and more.

McCann Content Studios London is part of McCann London, a creative agency dedicated to telling the truth and telling it well. Because when a truth is well told, things change for the better. We’ve delivered joy to the nation with Snoop Dogg for Just Eat, given everyone the right to access great quality food with Kevin the Carrot for Aldi, helped L\'Oréal show people that ‘They’re Worth It’ and put a ‘Priceless’ tag on Mastercard.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Project Manager with Resource Coordination experience, ideally from a social-first agency environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love juggling multiple priorities, and enjoy building strong relationships across teams and with freelancers, this could be the perfect next step for you.

This is a dual-focused role, split between project management for a major retail client and overseeing internal and external resourcing for the MCS team. As we grow, you may also support additional client briefs.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of the resourcing function, bring fresh ideas, and help shape and streamline our processes. You’ll be supported by a Senior Project Manager but trusted to work independently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities
Resource Management
  • Allocate briefs across the MCS team to meet strategic and operational goals.
  • Support teams in scoping work, estimating resource needs, and aligning timelines with capacity.
  • Source, book, and onboard freelancers, ensuring smooth introductions and IT setup.
  • Manage bookings and contracts via Worksome, including IR35 compliance and timesheet approvals.
Project Management
  • Lead day-to-day project delivery for a key retail client.
  • Create fee estimates, scopes of work, and manage budgets and timelines.
  • Build and maintain detailed timing plans using project management tools.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Track project financials and ensure accurate reconciliation.
What You’ll Bring
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to switch between PM and resourcing tasks with ease.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  • A positive, adaptable approach to change and growth.
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience managing both projects and resourcing in a social, creative, production or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and respond to last-minute requests.
  • Solid project management experience, ideally with retail clients.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms, Workfront experience is a plus.
  • Experience handling freelancer timesheets, payroll, and IR35 legislation.
  • Willingness to work onsite and flexibly as needed.
Benefits

As well as the more standard benefits of holiday, pension, subsidised private medical insurance, life assurance and group income protection we offer:

  • Three ‘Time Well Taken’ days throughout the year where we switch off collectively with our MWG UK partner agencies
  • A hybrid way of working with 3 days a week in the office
  • Access to on-site massages, haircuts and manicures as well as cuddles from furry friends (we\\'re a dog friendly office)
  • Free onsite breakfast, snacks and drinks with regular ‘Lounge Nights’ in the office rooftop social space
  • Monthly agency get togethers focused around moment's that matter.
  • Lots of tools to help us grow from SPARK (our internal L&D platform) to LinkedIn Learning, as well as external partnerships with NABS and the IPA
  • Your birthday off – because who wants to work on their birthday?
  • A Cycle to Work scheme and facilities including showers and hair styling appliances
  • Discounts with partners such as Eataly, Merlin and cinemas as well as access to independent financial advice

No agencies please, thank you.

Applications will be reviewed early November.
