About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of projects across multiple teams. You’ll work closely with senior project managers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and turning ideas into results. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables — while learning the foundations of project leadership and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and deliverables.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and elevate issues or risks as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare status updates, and maintain project timelines.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Help manage budgets, resources, and schedules under guidance from senior project managers.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Experience preparing project reports or presentations for stakeholders.
  • Understanding of change management and risk mitigation basics.
  • Certification or coursework in project management (CAPM, PMP, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or startup environment.
