Overview

Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be part of our Project Management Practice and play a key supporting role in the successful delivery of projects across the division. Working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate cross functional activities, track progress, and ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, reporting and closure.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their project management career and who is eager to learn, develop foundational skills and contribute to impactful initiatives. You will learn from experienced project management professionals, and gain valuable experience across a variety of projects, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the organisation.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action logs, and status reports.
  • Support stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Help manage budgets, track expenses, and support financial reporting.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Think creatively to problem-solve and embrace innovative approaches to delivery.
Skills & Experience
