Job summary

A London based banking client is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate delivery activities and manage project documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong Jira experience and a background in delivery planning. This is a 3-month engagement with a competitive rate of £400/day, working in a hybrid model in London.

Job description

A London based banking client is looking for a Project Manager to help them with the delivery of the assigned initiative by performing the following activities:

Responsibilities

• Delivery Planning & Coordination
• Strong Jira experience.
• Support Delivery Leads in building and maintaining detailed project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare documentation, capture decisions, and manage follow-up.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency registers, and action trackers.
• Support production of governance materials (Steering Committee and Working Group packs).

The client is looking for somebody who has experience ensuring documentation and artefacts are version-controlled and auditable, providing weekly progress updates to the Delivery Lead and PMO and supporting in the production and updating of key regulatory board updates (for example updates for DPO, CCO and Board Risk Committee).

This is an initial 3 month engagement with strong opportunity to extend paying up to £400/day Outside IR35 working hybrid (2/3 days on site) a week in London.
