A leading nuclear engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support large-scale nuclear projects. You will be responsible for performance reporting and will optimize PMO processes using your expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience with project reporting tools, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Qualifications

• Experience with project reporting and performance analysis.
• Skilled in tools such as SAP, Primavera (P6), CEMAR, MDT, or MANTIS.
• Able to create reports aligned to contractual and procedural frameworks.
• Experience defining or refining PMO processes and methodologies.
• Familiar with producing performance indicators for complex projects.
• Ability to consolidate and interpret technical project data.
• Proven ability to support cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and process optimisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, update, and maintain project reporting procedures per EPR‑E standards.
• Deliver internal and external progress reports in line with contractual obligations.
• Consolidate and analyse project data from SAP, P6, CEMAR, MDT, MANTIS.
• Provide strategic insights and performance indicators to the wider project team.
• Regularly issue formal reports according to agreed project controls procedures.
• Optimise tools and processes using feedback, standards, and best practice.
• Support team members with training and guidance on tools and reporting practices.
• Participate in cross-discipline groups to evolve PMO methods for future projects.
