About Us

Glenfield Invicta provides end-to-end project solutions, from initial survey and design to commissioning and long-term asset management. We are part of the AVK Group, a global leader in high-quality valves and hydrants for water, wastewater, gas, and fire protection throughout the world. As part of our rapid growth, we are recruiting for a Junior Project Engineer to join our Site Service Delivery team.

About The Role

You will support the delivery of site service projects and manage new enquiries from initial scoping and quotation through to safe and successful completion. Working closely with Project Engineers and the Site Service Manager, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering works efficiently while developing your technical, commercial, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Handle new enquiries, arrange site scoping visits, and prepare quotations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for allocated projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, programmes, and cost forecasts.
  • Produce RAMS and other Health & Safety documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery.
About You
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Keen to develop technical and project management expertise.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety standards and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in engineering or project coordination is desirable but not essential.
