Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks a junior project coordinator at RAF Croughton. You will provide essential coordination and administrative support to Project Managers, assisting with pricing, documentation, and contractor liaison to keep fast-tracked works moving.

This fully office-based role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and good communication to manage multiple stakeholders; SC Clearance is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills, able to support multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Junior project professional with potential to grow, construction/maintenance experience not essential, SC Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit cost estimates for fast-tracked works using scopes, drawings and site data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather and validate information for submissions.
• Support two Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and documentation.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate activities and timelines for fast-track works.
• Oversee contractor activity at a basic level to ensure alignment with project expectations.
