Overview

Junior Product Manager

📍 Shoreditch, London (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week)

💰 £50,000 – £60,000

🕒 Full-time | Product Team | Start Date: ASAP

A fast-growing product company is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join its innovative, AI-focused team. With a strong foundation in developing tools for customer-facing teams — from AI note-takers to smart diallers — we move fast, build for real customer needs, and continuously adapt in a rapidly evolving market.

This is an opportunity for a junior PM with 1–2 years of experience to step into a high-impact role. You’ll own features end-to-end, shape product decisions, and work closely with a tight-knit team to bring ideas to life — fast.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and deliver features and products — not just support others.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and validate pain points.
  • Write clear, high-quality product briefs that guide development.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and ship quickly.
  • Stay agile — adapting to change, learning from feedback, and pivoting when needed.
  • Research competitors, trends, and use cases to inform product direction.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Proven ability to ship something real — even small, independent features.
  • Strong written communication skills and a structured approach to product thinking.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, fast changes, and shifting priorities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong execution skills.
  • Exposure to customer-centric B2B SaaS is ideal (B2C experience also a plus).
You’ll Thrive If You
  • Are customer-obsessed and solutions-focused.
  • Love working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Enjoy talking to users and turning feedback into great products.
  • Are comfortable with pivots and love learning fast.
Interview Process
  1. Intro Interview – Meet with a member of the product team
  2. Take-home Task – A realistic product brief (time-boxed, ~2 hours)
  3. Panel Interview – Short presentation + Q&A + product team discussion
  4. Final Chat – Informal conversation with leadership
Why Join?
  • Join a high-growth, AI-driven product team building tools that matter.
  • Get real ownership from day one — this is not just a support role.
  • Work in a collaborative, low-ego environment where ideas move fast.
  • Be part of a company that values learning, autonomy, and meaningful impact.
