neurobox, Cambridge, is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join our product team and grow into a long-term PM career. This operationally focused role starts with product support, demos, onboarding, and documentation, gradually taking on more ownership while partnering with engineering.

You’ll work across product, engineering, and client services to improve customer experiences, learn, and contribute to meaningful product improvements in a hybrid/UK-based remote setup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our growing Product team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a software or SaaS environment who is looking to build a long-term career in Product Management.

This is an operationally focused Product role to be begin with. You will be the first point of contact for our product support, assist with demos and client onboarding, test releases and keep our documentation sharp, while gradually taking on more product ownership.

You might already work in Product Operations, Product Delivery, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Technical Support, QA, Project Delivery, or a similar role. If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver great products, we would love to hear from you.

You'll play an important role in helping shape products from idea through to delivery, working alongside Senior Product Manager, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and create meaningful product improvements.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery of product features from discovery through to release.
  • Writing user stories, requirements, and product documentation.

  • Supporting product demonstrations and customer onboarding where appropriate.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a software, SaaS or digital product environment.
  • Experience working alongside software development teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A structured approach to problem solving.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn.
  • A passion for creating great customer experiences.
  • Confidence communicating directly with clients and users.
  • Experience using AI Tools in your day-to-day work, and an interest in how they can improve products and services.

It would be great if you also have.

  • Experience supporting software testing or product releases.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
  • An understanding of accessibility principles.
  • An interest in product analytics and using customer insight to inform decisions.
