• Familiarity with basic purchasing processes and documentation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Exposure to ERP or procurement systems.

• Execute day-to-day purchasing activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
• Support the development and implementation of optimized purchasing strategies.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
