Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and processing requisitions from project teams.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Track and expedite orders to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain supplier records and assist with the Approved Supplier Program.
• Help resolve invoice discrepancies and manage cost allocations.
• Coordinate returns of non-compliant products.
