• Support continuous improvement projects and analyze data.

What you'll be doing as the Junior Process Technologist

• Support the scale-up of new products, organising and assisting with factory trials to ensure a smooth transition from kitchen sample to full production.
• Collaborate with NPD, Technical, and Production teams, learning how to bring new ideas to life while ensuring they meet customer and food safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain key documentation - from QAS and HACCP records to process flows, photographic standards, and trial reports.
• Source and manage trial materials, coordinating new ingredients and raw material specs with internal teams and suppliers.
• Monitor product performance and quality, supporting shelf-life testing, nutritional validation, and retailer submissions.
• Participate in taste panels and validation trials, helping refine recipes and processes for quality and consistency.
• Support continuous improvement projects, analysing data, spotting process opportunities, and helping drive smarter, safer ways of working.
• Grow your technical expertise, gaining hands-on experience in food manufacturing, customer protocols, and product development.
