Junior Private PA - UHNWI

On behalf of our UHNW client, we are looking to recruit a Junior Private PA to work closely with the family's Chief Of Staff on a daily basis. This will be a demanding yet rewarding role. You will be based from the Principal's home in Mayfair with the opportunity to travel to the US and Canada when needed. A fantastic opportunity for someone who would love to be a Private PA.

Key Duties for the Private PA
  • Provide comprehensive personal support to the Principal
  • Make various bookings and appointments on behalf of the Principal
  • Assist the Chief of Staff on a daily basis
  • Liaise and assist with other members of the family office and household staff
  • Assist with travel arrangements and be prepared to travel when needed
  • Run any personal errands or requests when asked
