Job summary

Renfold Ltd is hiring a Junior Print Designer to join our multi-brand team in London. You will develop trend-inspired prints across fashion, home and accessories, balancing creative concepts with commercial needs.

Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will manage briefs, prepare production-ready artwork, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work after probation with three office days per week.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing original print development, hand-drawing and painting, plus digital design.
• Experience with repeats, colourways and production-ready artwork.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of brand identity.
• Ability to work across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trend and market research to inform seasonal print direction.
• Create original, commercially relevant prints and develop repeats and colourways.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, CADs and print data for sampling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align print decisions.
• Maintain print libraries and trackers; manage briefs.
• Communicate with factories and suppliers; support approvals.
• Support sustainability considerations in print choices.
