We are one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing refurbished phone companies, and we're on track to become a household name within the next few years. We're looking for a Junior Pricing Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone straight out of university or early in their career who is analytical, logical, and confident with numbers. You don't need direct pricing experience - we'll train you in the industry. You'll be working with data every day, helping us set prices that keep us competitive in a fast-moving market. This role will grow as the company grows, with opportunities to progress into a Pricing Analyst and eventually manage a team of analysts.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Looking at competitor prices and stock levels using our in-house tools.
• Checking how our products are selling and how quickly stock moves.
• Helping set prices based on sales trends, demand, and market conditions.
• Working with product variations such as different storage sizes and conditions.
• Reporting on what\'s working and what isn\'t, and sharing ideas with the team.
• Learning how to balance competitiveness with profitability.
• Working with urgency - because refurbished phone values can change quickly.
• Communicating confidently with colleagues and sharing your thoughts without being chased.
• Strong with numbers and logical thinking.
• Good Excel skills (or willing to learn quickly).
• Analytical mindset - enjoy looking at data and spotting patterns.
