Job summary

Zeno Group is seeking a junior Account Executive to support the Corporate Reputation team in London. You will help keep teams organized, maintain attention to detail across client portfolios, and start building media contacts while developing client relationships.

You will demonstrate basic PR skills, including writing and media relations for a named client portfolio, with at least a year of relevant PR experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of PR work experience.
• Proven basic PR skills including writing and media relations for a portfolio of clients.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple accounts.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate with Account Manager to meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day tasks with the Account Manager.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles and social media copy.
• Monitor news and flag relevant industry stories for commentary or issues.
• Assist with media outreach including building media lists and outreach to journalists.
• Distribute media coverage and develop activity reports for clients.
• Contribute to brainstorms and planning for clients; conduct online research.
• Maintain and organize client files and forward feature calendars/speaker opportunities.
• Support DE&I, Culture, Social, and Influencer initiatives within the agency.
