You’ll work alongside experienced BI developers to design, enhance, and deliver impactful Power BI reports and dashboards that drive better business decisions.

What You’ll Do

As the Junior Power BI Developer, you’ll help develop and maintain high-quality Power BI solutions that bring business data to life. You’ll play a key role in supporting reporting projects and learning modern BI practices in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
• Translate business requirements into engaging, data‑driven insights.
• Work with existing data models and datasets (no SQL development required).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and visualisations.
• Contribute to standardising report templates and design practices.
• Assist in documentation, testing, and publishing of reports to the Power BI Service.
• Participate in team reviews and propose improvements.
• Keep up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Fully remote working – flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
• Professional development support, including training and certifications (e.g., Power BI PL‑300).
