Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support governance, risk tracking, and cross‑team inputs. You will build concise presentations for senior stakeholders, maintain trackers, and help run governance meetings. The role offers exposure to multiple business areas and a path to lead small projects.

You will collaborate with Tech, Ops and Business teams, bringing strong organisational skills and clear writing to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Organised, proactive and able to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Keep trackers, RAID logs, and reports accurate and up to date
• Build clean, clear PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholders
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Pull together input from Tech, Ops, and Business teams
• Help prep and run governance meetings
• Take ownership of small projects as you grow into the role
