Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking a Junior Project Manager in London to deliver Microsoft technology projects and digital transformation initiatives. You will work with clients, technical teams and senior stakeholders across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure and related technologies.

This role focuses on technology transformation and client delivery, offering development opportunities beyond pure project administration.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience in IT or technical project management.
• Experience working within a technology, Microsoft, consultancy, MSP or similar environment is desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams or technical deliveries.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of scope, budgets, timelines and delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope and coordinate multiple concurrent Microsoft technology projects.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external client stakeholders.
• Maintain project scope and manage project constraints.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Assess the impact of changes and communicate these clearly to clients.
