Caravan Southbank in London is hiring a brilliant Pizza Chef to lead the pizza service as we open our tenth Caravan. You’ll bring passion for fresh ingredients, sourdough fermentation and the art of leopardo, working closely with the Head Chef to inspire your team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll join a welcoming, team-driven kitchen that values health and safety, consistency, and personal development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and sourdough fermentation.
• Commitment to hospitality standards and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Follow health & safety standards and deliver kitchen excellence.
• Ensure pizzas are made consistently to spec.
• Collaborate with the team to support guests’ experience.
• Manage stock, cleanliness and safety basics in the kitchen.
• Work with the restaurant team to deliver the best guest experience.
