Job summary

Franco Manca in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Pizza Chef to be at the heart of our kitchen, crafting the beloved sourdough pizzas that keep guests coming back for more. You’ll bring energy, care about quality, and enjoy a buzzing, friendly team environment.

You’ll prepare and cook pizzas to perfection, stretch dough, top with fresh ingredients, keep the kitchen clean, and collaborate with your team to deliver a fast, high-standard service on busy shifts. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a professional kitchen
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for quality sourdough and pizza
• Willing to learn and grow with the Franco Manca team

Responsibilities

• Create and cook our sourdough pizzas to a high standard
• Prepare dough, stretch bases and top pizzas with fresh ingredients
• Work with teammates to deliver fast, friendly service during busy shifts
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and hygienic from prep to service
• Contribute to the Franco Manca vibe with energy and enthusiasm
• Assist in maintaining stock and prep areas as needed
