A design and development studio in the UK is looking for a talented PHP Developer to join their team. You will work on building and enhancing multiple software solutions, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. Ideal candidates will have a good working knowledge of PHP, AWS services, and be comfortable with version control systems. Working with the likes of Willmott Dixon, Wates, John Adams and CFC, we develop innovative, tailor-made web applications and content to help our clients transform their day-to-day operations.

Working as part of a dedicated project team, building, enhancing and improving multiple small and large scale software solutions.
Estimating and contributing to quoting of new projects where relevant.
Providing supporting technical documentation where applicable.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, maintaining the highest standards.
Attending and contributing to daily/weekly project updates with wider project team.
Working with a modern MVC e.g. symfony and laravel
Using ORMs (doctrine/eloquent), third party APIs and services
Working on AWS hosted applications
Working with software including Redis, linux and nginx.
We are open to all levels of experience over one year.
Comfortable working across multiple different projects at the same time.
Proactive attitude to help drive project technologies and suggest new ideas and improvements.
Comfortable working with LEMP stack.
Knowledge of version control systems (GIT).
Knowledge of package managers such as composer, npm and yarn
Good working knowledge of PHP
Experience of working with AWS services and servers
