Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration or payroll analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with data organisation and reconciliation.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and validate payroll data with HR teams to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyse payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies and process improvements.
• Carry out regular checks to identify payroll errors and support corrective actions.
• Perform reconciliations between payroll data and other business systems; investigate differences.
• Support payroll-related queries from internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Ensure payroll reports are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.
• Work with HR, Finance and IT to improve data quality and information flows.
• Assist with payroll system updates, testing and process improvements.
• Support compliance by maintaining accurate payroll records and staying updated on requirements.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests to support payroll decisions.
