  • Manage budget by approving vendor invoices and obtaining quotes.

Junior Patient Recruitment Executive

As a Junior Patient Recruitment Executive, you’ll wear multiple hats across client engagement, fulfilment, and translations—keeping your days exciting and full of opportunities to shine! Your mission? To support our Account Managers and broader team in building and nurturing client relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless project execution across our diverse portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Client Engagement and Vendor Management:
    • Participation in client or vendor communications via email or calls, as required
    • Production/filing of print vendor agendas and minutes
    • Demonstrating high attention to detail by producing high quality materials both for external and internal stakeholders
    • Identifying and escalating translation or fulfilment vendor performance issues
  • Project Management:
    • Supporting with the development of materials, translation and fulfilment of patient recruitment materials
    • Supporting with the translation process including but not limited to: Filing and timely and accurate tracking of received documents, QC allocation and completing QC, review of bilingual tables
    • Managing the printing and shipping process as per print/ship requests received
    • Inputting into retention item selection and management
    • Being responsible for preparing reports in the defined time frame
    • Ensuring timely and accurate tracker completion
    • Completing duties delegated by the Account Manager
    • Inputting into closeout process/reporting toward the archiving of studies at closure
  • Budget Management:
    • Approving vendor invoices
    • Obtaining translation and fulfilment vendor quotes
    • Reviewing task orders

Key Skills / Attributes Desired
